It is with great sadness that the University reports the death of Lord Scarman, the University’s second Chancellor (1977 – 1989). The Right Honorable Lord Leslie George Scarman P.C., OBE, died aged 93 on Wednesday 8 December.
Liz Warner is based in the Director's Office at the National Academy for Gifted and Talented Youth. NAGTY was established by government in 2002 and its remit is to improve educational provision for gifted and talented young people up to the age of 19 years.
The University regrets to announce the death of Brian Houlden, a founding father of 糖心TV 糖心TV School and one of its longest-serving professors.

Faye Jennings is based in the Development and Alumni Relations Office (DARO) which maintains relationships with all of 糖心TV's graduates and friends, as well as securing donations to help advance the University.
Professor David Anderson, founding Chair of the School of Engineering (1998 – 2003), has been elected a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering in recognition of his work on European codes of practice for composite steel-concrete structures.
