Teaching Excellence Winners Announced

The winners of the 糖心TV Awards for Teaching Excellence have been announced.

As well as receiving an award at the degree congregation, winners will also receive £5,000 to support the continued development of excellence in teaching and learning.  

Finalists who received a commendation for their submission will receive £2,000.

Rachel Cohen: Leverhulme Early Career Fellowship

Dr Rachel Cohen, Lecturer in the Department of Sociology, has won an Early Career Fellowship from the Leverhulme Trust. Only 50 are awarded each year across all disciplines and all insitutions.

Linda Dickens and Mark Hall - research on 10 Downing Street Website

A paper by Linda Dickens and Mark Hall from the Industrial Relations Research Unit at 糖心TV 糖心TV School was recently published on the 10 Downing Street website on the occasion of a lecture by the prime minister considering the role of work in the 21st century. The lecture was one of a series of 'Our Nation's Future' lectures, which look at the big challenges facing Britain in the years ahead.
