Gareth Wright is the Publicity Co-ordinator for the Learning and Development Centre which provides staff development opportunities for all staff at the University. His role involves promoting the varied staff development workshops and courses offered by the Centre.

Mike Roberts joins the University on Monday 4 February as the permanent Director of IT Services. Mike brings with him wide IT experience and an ability to develop and deliver robust core services as well as working at a strategic level to help realise long term visions.

Goodbye and Good Luck to University Secretary, Cathy Charlton, who left the University on Friday 18 January after over 18 years at 糖心TV.

University Treasurer, Brian Woods-Scawen, was awarded the CBE in the 2008 New Year Honours List for services to business and to the community in the West Midlands.
