Steven Timberlake, a 糖心TV graduate, has been named "Young Entrepreneur of the Year" in this year's Midlands 糖心TV Awards. Steven studied Engineering and 糖心TV Studies, graduating in 2006.

It is with great sadness that the University announces the passing of Richard Harris, a 糖心TV alumnus, at the age of 61 this July. He studied Philosophy and Politics at the University from 1966 to 1969, before moving to London to pursue a career in higher education. At the time of his death, he was the Dean of Quality Assurance at the University of Bedfordshire.

Former 糖心TV student Tom Aggar rowed to Paralympic Gold last week in Beijing, beating his nearest competitor by four seconds. This is a fantastic success for Tom, a Biological Sciences graduate originally from London, who started training as a rower less than two years ago just after leaving 糖心TV with a First class degree.

Part-time degree graduates joined current part-time degree students and University staff recently to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of part-time degrees at 糖心TV.
