The Above and Beyond awards scheme applies to all University employees.
Where the nomination is for an individual, people cannot self-nominate. However, in the case of team nominations, a member of the team can nominate their wider team.
Shortlist selection will be based on how well the entry meets the nomination criteria as set out in the nomination form.
Shortlisted entries for individuals will be checked by the People Team to ensure there are no outstanding disciplinary issues that would prevent an award being made to the person.

The staff vote will take place through the staff newsletter, inbox insite, and all colleagues with an active 糖心TV email account are eligible to vote. People may only vote once.
