Please complete the below application form. For your records, and so you can save progress, you may wish to complete the word version of the application form before transferring it to the form below as you submit. Note that logged in 糖心TV users will be able to save their progress directly on the form.

IMPORTANT: Required documents

All applications must include the following:

1. Completed electronic form (below);
2. Completed Project Summary and Case for Support document;
3. Two short CVs - one from each of the Principal Applicants from Stellenbosch and 糖心TV;
4. Two statements of Support (an e-mail from Head of Department/School/Centre) - one from each of Stellenbosch and 糖心TV;
5. Completed budget tables in Excel.

Please merge documents 2-4 into one PDF for submission via the application form, and submit document 5, the budget tables, separately as an Excel document via the application form.
