Undergraduate: sociology of health and illness (2nd & 3rd year module); technologies of the gendered body; health in the community (pre-clinical module: 糖心TV Medical School); special study module on sleep medicine (糖心TV Medical School); field studies (2nd year module); introduction to research methods (1st year undergraduate).

Postgraduate: sociology of the body (MA module option); Neuroscience, Self and Society (MA module option); MA sociological research in health care; researching society (MA/doctoral research methods training programme) research process and design (Doctoral Training Programme).

Research Interests/Expertise:

Sociology of the body, health and emotions; bioscience, biomedicine and biotechnology; new digital technologies and everyday/night life; social theory; social research methods..
