Upgrade Submission ProcessRuns from Wednesday, May 05 to Wednesday, June 16. The deadline for submitting upgrade documents is 5th May, 2021. Interviews should be held by 26th May and reviewers should complete the joint upgrade report and have it signed off by supervisors by 9th June. The results are communicated to students on 16th June, 2020. |

2. Research Class with Professor Gargi Bhattacharya Professor Gargi Bhattacharya is Professor of Sociology, University of East London, UK. She is author of the much-celebrated book, Rethinking Racial Capitalism: Questions of Reproduction and Survival (Rowman Littlefield, 2018). She has written widely in the fields of racism, sexuality, global cultures and the ‘war on terror’. Dr. Sivamohan Valluvan is Assistant Professor in Sociology at the University of ÌÇÐÄTV. He has written widely on debates as pertaining to racism, nationalism, multiculture and cosmopolitanism. |
