CSWG Film Screening: "Oasis"
You are warmly invited to join us for a screening of the documentary OASIS (Chile, 2024).
In 2019, a nationwide movement forms in Chile to create a new constitution. For three years, indigenous, feminist, militant, legalistic, anarchist and conservative activists attempt to shape this democratic process. This film chronicles their efforts, offering a timely large-scale canvas of democratic protest.
The screening will be followed by a discussion, featuring:
