CSWG Social for MA + PhD Students
CSWG is organising a festive afternoon tea for new and continuing MA and PhD students interested in gender, feminism and sexuality in the Department of Sociology.
The aim of this informal event is to celebrate the end of the Autumn term, foster a greater sense of community between different cohorts of students, and involve new and continuing students in the Department鈥檚 Centre for the Study of Women and Gender (CSWG).
CSWG will provide the drinks and some snacks, but toomake the gathering a little more special and personal, we will run it as a 鈥渂ring-a-bake鈥� event! If you鈥檙e able and willing to do so, we鈥檇 love for you to bring something you鈥檝e baked or something you enjoy eating – sweet or savoury – to share with others.
It doesn鈥檛 have to be complicated or expensive – there鈥檚 no pressure at all. If you are not able to bring anything, please don鈥檛 worry; there will be more than enough food to go around, so everyone is welcome!
