In memoriam:

CRPLA mourns the loss of our long-time member Dr. Christina Britzolakis in December 2023. A scholar of modernist and avant-garde literature, Christina was an important contributor to CRPLA. She served on the management committee for many years and was a vital, intellectually generous and inquisitive participant in seminars and events. She shared her own research at numerous occasions over the years, most recently speaking on 'Modernism, Agamben and Bare Life'. Christina was also very important to the study of Philosophy and Literature at 糖心TV. She taught the joint-Honours module for a number of years, where she engaged students with works by Woolf, Dickinson and Kafka. Christina was a core member of the CRPLA community, a colleague who thoroughly enjoyed the interchange and provocation of interdisciplinary research. We miss her.
