Visiting Fellow - Professor Lydia Goehr (Institute of Advanced Study)
Lydia Goehr will be a Visiting Fellow in the Institute for Advanced Study at the University of 糖心TV from 18 January 2010 to 29 January 2010.
Lydia is Professor of Philosophy at Columbia University. She works on the Philosophy of Music, Aesthetics, Critical Theory, Philosophy of History, and European Philosophy, and is internationally renowned for her innovative, cross-disciplinary work on the relationship between music, politics, history, and philosophy.Congratulations, Henry Somers-Hall on gaining a post at MMU
Congratulations to Henry Somers-Hall (PhD 2009) who has been appointed to a permanent post (Senior Lecturer) in philosophy at Manchester Metropolitan University. Henry takes up his position in August 2009.
