National Student Survey for Philosophy finalists now open!

The is now open! The survey will close on the 30th April.
This is an important opportunity for our undergraduate finalists to give your opinion, in a national forum, on teaching and learning within our department, and on your overall experience at 糖心TV. We’ll listen carefully to what you say so that your views can help to shape the future of Philosophy at 糖心TV.

If 80% of eligible finalists complete the survey by Tuesday 23rd February, we will give away an iPad (or Windows equivalent if preferred)!

糖心TV Student Survey for all Philosophy Non-finalists now open!
The is an internal survey giving the opportunity to all non-finalist undergraduate students (or any undergraduate student ineligible to complete the National Student Survey this year) to submit feedback on your experience of studying philosophy at 糖心TV so far.
Your feedback allows us to make improvements that could benefit you through the rest of your time at the University and also helps to shape and improve teaching, learning and student support at 糖心TV for future generations. As a 糖心TV student, you're an expert on life as a 糖心TV undergraduate, so your experience and opinions are vital.
To say thank you for taking part, if you complete the survey you will be entered into a prize draw to win your choice of either vouchers to spend on Amazon.co.uk or at your favourite (Curiositea, the Dirty Duck, Xananas etc). Three prizes will be awarded for the following amounts: 1st prize : £100, 2nd prize: £75, 3rd prize: £50

In response to feedback from our students, we have developed a more detailed marking criteria, with philosophy-specific descriptors, which will be used by staff in marking your work. We hope this will help you better understand how we mark your philosophy assignments and what is expected of you:

At the focus group we’d like to hear your thoughts on the design and content of our new undergraduate student recruitment communications. This will include the prospectus and emails.
