NSS Now Open For PAIS Finalists

Last year PAIS achieved 97 per cent for overall satisfaction. This placed us top of the University and No 1 out of all Politics departments in the Russell Group (an elite group of 24 leading teaching and research institutions in the UK).

PAIS research featured on the 6th anniversary of the Egyptian 25 January Revolution

Dr Trevor McCrisken Discusses Donald Trump's Inauguration in the Media

Dr Trevor McCrisken, Associate Professor in US Politics, has appeared in a number of press articles based on a recent interview with the Press Association, regarding Donald Trump becoming the 45th president of the United States on Friday.

Dr Steven Kettell Launches New Report at The Shard

On January 17, Dr held an event at the Shard to launch a report entitled: 'A Secularist Response to the Commission on Religion and Belief in British Public LIfe'. The report emphasises an alternative, inclusive and positive secularist framework based on shared values to put an end to unjustified religious privilege and to ensure that the rights and freedoms of all citizens are afforded equal weight and protection.
