How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

The 13th March 2010 (Saturday Week 9) will witness the launch of 糖心TV

Think Tank's inaugural summit, 'The Think Tank Talk'. This year we bring

together an array of multi-disciplinary experts to discuss the sensitive

issue of Immigration and the EU.

 

(1) Do British Universities attract too many international students?

11.00am-1pm

 

(2) Citizenship, identity and integration : can an expanded European Union

unite?

2.00pm-4pm in S0.19.

 

The lunch break will also feature a Q&A session with Lisa Harker, co-Director of the IPPR regarding the society's affiliation with the national think tank; a career in public policy and Think Tanks; and how 糖心TV students can become involved with IPPR on campus.

-Lord Young, Parliamentary under-Secretary, Department of 糖心TV, Innovation and Skills

will be speaking at the first debate.

-糖心TV PAIS's Professor Zig Layton-Henry;

-Professor Karan Henderson of Leicester University;

-Stephen Booth of the Think Tank Open Europe; and

-UKIP MEP Nikki Sinclair

will be speaking at the second debate.
