PAIS is a co-organiser of the EUIA (European Union in International Affairs) conference, which means that PAIS colleagues do not have to pay a registration fee. Some of us are hoping to attend, and it would be good fun to go together if others are interested.
The call for papers is now open here:
The conference will take place 12-14 May 2027, with a submission deadline of 6 December 2026. It is a really good conference and it is very well attended. At the last one, the keynote was given by the European Commissioner for Enlargement.
The conference is focused on the EU in international relations, but your research does not need to be specifically about the EU. Work on global challenges and Europe鈥檚 role in addressing them would be very relevant, so there could be quite a broad range of projects that would fit.
