Roundtable: Brexit and the crisis of democracy?

Be it the 鈥榩ost-truth鈥� nature of referendum campaign, replete as it was with falsehoods and a propensity to a 鈥榩olitics of bullshit鈥� that showed little regard for truth or verifiable facts, or the post-referendum polarisation between Remainers and Leavers, social trust appears to be breaking down. This roundtable will explore the nature of these developments and consider the extent to which they represent a crisis for British democracy.
