Amy Mazur: Politics of State Feminism in Post Industrial Democracies

Prof. Mazur is C.O. Johnson Distinguished Professor at Washington State University. Her research and teaching interests focus on comparative feminist policy issues with a particular emphasis on France. She is co-editor of Political Research Quarterly and co-convener of the Research Network on Gender Politics and the State. Her most recent books include The French Fifth Republic at Fifty: Beyond Stereotypes (co-edited, Palgrave, 2008) and Politics, Gender, and Concepts: Theory and Methodology (co-edited, Cambridge University Press, 2008).
