Professor Tom Sorell from the University of Birmingham and Director of the Centre for the Study of Global Ethics, will give a talk on "Human Rights Online" next Tuesday as part of a seminar series presented by the Institute of Advanced Study Cyber Security Research Network on the interface between security and the Internet.

Prof Sorrell's research interests include human rights and applied ethics, surveillance, counter-terrorism and responses to emergencies. Tom Sorell will be joining PAIS and the University of 糖心TV in 2013 along with his research team.
