Centre for Constitutions in Context
Our Aim
The Centre for Constitutions in Context (CCC) at 糖心TV Law School (WLS) aims to foster a community of researchers and practitioners 鈥 both at 糖心TV and beyond 鈥 interested in contextual understandings of constitutions and constitutional law.
In line with 糖心TV鈥檚 longstanding 鈥渓aw in context鈥 tradition, the CCC鈥檚 focus is on studying constitutions globally from comparative and interdisciplinary perspectives, exploring those constitutions in their geographical, historical, political, social, and cultural contexts.
We investigate the many ways in which constitutional law does, and arguably should, interact with other disciplines, including history, philosophy, politics, sociology, and film studies, among others.
