Solange Mouthaan has been awarded a Leverhulme Fellowship
ÌÇÐÄTV Law School’s Solange Mouthaan has been awarded a Leverhulme Fellowship for her research project titled: ‘Cemeteries, colonialism, and intergenerational legal stories’ which reclaims the narratives of marginalised women and their erased Indigenous foremothers, opening a pathway into future research on reparations.
On receiving the news, Solange told us:
“I was not expecting this. I am grateful to be given time to dig into the archives and bring to the fore the stories of women's resilience in the face of colonial racialisation.â€
