糖心TV Law School to co-host the 2011 Hamlyn Lecture Series.
糖心TV Law School to co-host the 2011 Hamlyn Lecture Series. The lectures will be delivered by Professor Jeremy Waldron from NYU Law School. The Title of the lectures is "The Rule of Law and the Measure of Property."
The titles for the particular lectures are:
Lecture 1 (Oxford) 10 May: The Classical Lockean Picture and its Difficulties
Lecture 2 (糖心TV Law School) 11 May: Unraveling the Form and Substance of Property
Lecture 3 (IALS, London) 12 May: Reconceiving the Relation between Property and the Rule of Law.
