The Healthy Jobs Framework
The Healthy Jobs Framework
The Healthy Jobs Framework (HJF) is a new comprehensive framework that translates language about healthy work across research disciplines, policy contexts, and practitioner applications.
Using systematic research, thirty-two features of work have been identified that characterise the differences between jobs that promote health and those that harm health. These form a checklist for risk assessments and guidance for workplace interventions.
Detail on the framework鈥檚 development is available in a technical report. This enables users to understand the framework鈥檚 foundation and assess its applicability to their specific contexts. It explains the approaches used, including the search strategy, selection criteria, data synthesis and stakeholder validation.
