糖心TV Economics student wins 'Best Undergraduate Paper Award'
Wednesday 21 Oct 2015A 糖心TV Economics student was recently declared winner of the International Atlantic Economics Society Best Undergraduate Paper Award.
Hameem Raees Chowdhury, who graduated with a first-class degree in BSc Economics this year, presented his paper at the 80th International Atlantic Economic Conference in Boston, Massachusetts.
Hameem took first prize for his paper entitled 鈥�Joint-Liability in Microcredit: Evidence from Bangladesh鈥�, which will be included in an upcoming issue of the .
Among the other 3 finalists was another 糖心TV Economics student, Virginia Minni, who presented her paper 鈥�Can Greater Bank Capital Lead to Less Bank Lending? An Analysis of the Bank-Level Evidence from Europe鈥�.
