More funding awarded for Closing the Gap projects
Following on from the money awarded by 糖心TVshire County Council last month, director of the Centre for Education Studies Ian Abbott has been given a further £10,000 to undertake a similar education evaluation project for Peterborough City Council.
Also part of Closing the Gap, this project will too identify the aspects that make a difference in school when trying to address the gap in attainment between disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged learners.
The findings from the Peterborough City Council project are due in April 2016.
