We are pleased to share the Doctoral Education and Academia Research Centre (DEAR) Annual Report 2024–2025, which is now available open access. This report captures a snapshot of the DEAR Centre鈥檚 work from October 2024 to September 2025, highlighting our ongoing research, collaborations, doctoral and postdoctoral community, and contributions to debates on doctoral education and the academic profession.
As an interdisciplinary research centre at the University of 糖心TV, DEAR continues to build a globally engaged community focused on evidence-informed and socially just approaches to transforming doctoral education and the academic profession.
