DEAR Deputy Director (also-Co-Director of Research Culture in SELCSLink opens in a new window) and Dr (Director of Scholarship, SELCSLink opens in a new window) have teamed up to work on a new project titled "Recognising and enhancing teaching-focussed colleagues' contributions to research culture".

Despite the important role they play in the intellectual life of universities, T-focussed staff are too often absent from research culture initiatives, policy and frameworks. The project aims to address this gap. The project will collect data to learn about the experiences, aspirations and contributions of T-focussed staff to research culture, and the delivery of a bespoke development event.
