e-Commerce and Digital Analytics is one of four specialisms within our MSc e-糖心TV Management course. This specialism will give you a comprehensive understanding of how to implement effective e-Commerce solutions, from both a technical and a business perspective.

Specialism overview

Global e-Commerce is booming and many companies are rethinking their e-commerce strategy: whether that is by entering the online retail environment for the first time, or by re-evaluating their current online setup. e-Commerce allows businesses to expand their operations, by reaching customers around the world. This specialism is designed for candidates who would like to create their own e-Commerce business; who wish to work in an e-Commerce consulting role within an agency; or for those who hope to manage a company鈥檚 e-Commerce website. You鈥檒l be provided with a comprehensive understanding of how to implement effective e-Commerce solutions from both a technical and a business perspective. The modules cover e-Commerce systems (such as CMS tools, cloud technology, and e-Customer Relationship Management systems), as well as related business areas (such as building the necessary supply chains to manage inventory and delivery of goods, and e-Commerce business models and financing).

Meet the Course Director: Liping Zheng

Liping has experience in data and analytics, combining industry and academic roles. She currently leads the MSc e-糖心TV Management course at WMG, drawing on her prior experience in digital operations and analytics roles at major companies like JD Tech and CITIC Press.

Scholarships and Bursaries

WMG will be awarding over 拢1 million in scholarships and bursaries to students commencing study on any of our full-time MSc programmes beginning in September 2026.
