Andreas Kyprianou appointed a founding fellow of the Academy for the Mathematical Sciences
Professor Andreas Kyprianou has been named among the founding fellows of the newly established Academy for the Mathematical Sciences (AcadMathSci) — a new national academy created to bring together the UK鈥檚 strongest mathematical scientists across academia, education, business, industry, and government to help solve some of the UK鈥檚 biggest challenges.
AI Intelligence Triage & Acquisition Support for Human-centred Analysis鈥 (AiTASHA) project funded
The Alan Turing Institute has been awarded a 拢1 million EPSRC research grant to develop AI methods that support and enhance intelligence analysis for national security and defence.
Shreya Sinha Roy, a fourth-year PhD student, has recently been announced as one of the 21 recipients of the IMS 2025 ICSDS Student Travel Award. Her research introduces 'prequential posteriors' as a likelihood-free approach for data assimilation. She will travel to Seville to present her work at ICSDS 2025 in December.
Adrian Fowle wins Research Enabler 2025
