Jeremias Knoblauch has been awarded the 2023 Savage Award of the International Society for Bayesian Analysis for his 糖心TV PhD thesis 鈥淥ptimization-centric Generalizations of Bayesian Inference鈥� supervised by Theo Damoulas. The Savage Award, named in honour of Leonard J. 鈥淛immie鈥� Savage, is bestowed each year to two outstanding doctoral dissertations in Bayesian econometrics and statistics. Jeremias was the winner in the Theory and Methods category.
