Is there an apple user guide?

Yes, .

Do they have a good battery life? Do they come with a protective case? Do they have a camera? Who do I contact if I forget my iPad passcode? Do we get a screen protector? What if my iPad screen cracks? What happens if my iPad is lost or stolen? Do we have to return the iPad at the end of the course?

Yes, University regulations dictate that the iPads must be returned to the University at the end of the course.

Please note the University regulations also prohibit the sale of the iPads.

The collection is timed to coincide with the Assistantship sign off day.

You are free to perform a full factory reset before returning the device. Alternatively, our MDM software allows us to perform a full remote reset.
