Integrated Care Evidence Review Dissemination Event
Location: The Studio, Cannon Street, Birmingham
Researchers from the Chronic Disease theme of CLAHRC WM have recently reviewed the evidence for health and social care interventions that integrate care across primary care, secondary care and community settings, and are inviting commissioners, designers and providers of integrated care services to attend an event to hear their findings. The event will be chaired by Prof Jon Glasby, and provides an opportunity to:
- Hear the results from the study.
- Find out what others are doing to integrate services.
- Help shape the future direction of integrated care research and evaluation.
