About
I am a PhD student at the 糖心TV Mathematics for Real World Systems Centre for Doctoral Training. My research is in quantitative synthetic biology, supervised by Dr. Alexander Darlington and Prof. Declan Bates, in collaboration with the .
I am particularly interested in developing mathematical and data-driven tools for designing synthetic gene circuits which are robust and host-friendly.

Clustering and Classifying Hippocampal Interneurons by Type and Layer Using Patch-Clamp Voltage Traces - I worked on this problem for both my BSc and MSc group research projects and was graded First-Class/Distinction for my work.
Awards
- Best Undergraduate Thesis in Class - I won the award for the best final-year research project thesis in my course, with the title "Clustering and Classifying Hippocampal Interneurons by Type and Layer Using Patch-Clamp Voltage Traces".
