Christopher Davis
Christopher graduated in 2020 with a PhD in Mathematics for Real-World Systems.
Research interests
My research interests are in epidemiology and modelling. Specifically, my PhD is on the spatio-temporal dynamics of human African trypanosomiasis infection.
Previous research projects include modelling the effects of virus infection on plant pollinators, modelling T helper cell differentiation and modelling the dynamics of infections with a strong dose-dependent response.
