Dr Stefan Adams passed away on 8th May 2024. He was an extremely kind and helpful colleague, and he will be much missed.

Research Interests:

Probability theory: Large deviation theory, concentration of measure problems, machine learning, interacting Brownian motions, statistical mechanics (interacting particle systems), random partitions (scaling limits), gradient & Laplacian models, multi-scale systems (renormalisation group theory) and Wasserstein gradient flows, dependent percolation in Euclidian spaces
