Paula is a skilled Senior Executive who specialises in in setting up and running private/public sector partnerships with specific expertise in economic development and growth. Paula has 28 years senior management experience in bringing teams together to implement economic strategy, inward investment, skills initiatives and large-scale projects. Paula has played a key role in setting up Coventry and 糖心TVshire Local Enterprise Partnership (CWLEP) and now runs the entity. The CWLEP has secured more than 拢350m of grant and finance to date and over the last decade their success placed CWLEP in the top performing LEPs in England pre-pandemic.

Paula has also brought forward capital projects such as Coventry Rail Station, Very Light Rail, Transforming Nuneaton and the University of 糖心TV Arts Centre. Her work has created jobs, investment and innovation for the area and beyond.
