Jessica Pereira
I secured my B.Sc degree in chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry Ceylon, College of Chemical Sciences, Sri Lanka (2010 – 2013) and on completion of my degree I was employed as a Research Scientist at the Sri Lanka Institute of Nanotechnology (SLINTEC) for a period of 1.5 years. I was awarded a prestigious Chancellor鈥檚 International Scholarship from the University of 糖心TV and I joined as a PhD student in 2015.
I am currently working on nano-structured copper electrodes which include exploring the potential of exploiting plasmon-active copper films in thin film photovoltaics and fabrication of transparent window electrodes for organic photovoltaics.
