Ching-I presented her work on Tuesday 30th Nov on quantifying the impacts and cost-effectiveness of intensified interventions against sleeping sickness in the Mandoul focus of Chad and Ron will be presenting his work on Thursday 2nd Dec on inferring missing screening data to uncover the dynamics of gHAT in Uganda today. Well done and good luck both!
HAT MEPP Researchers at ASTMH 2021
Good luck to our HAT MEPP researchers Ron Crump, Maryam Aliee and Marina Antillon whose work is being showcased at the ASTMH 2021 virtual meeting (17 Nov - 21 Nov). Maryam Aliee will be presenting her research on estimating timelines to EoT for sleeping sickness and its measurement in the presence of possible cryptic human & animal reservoirs and Ron Crump will be presenting his research on mathematical modelling of sleeping sickness in northern Uganda. Marina Antillon's poster presentation focuses on efforts against gHAT in Chad: A mathematical and economic modeling study of end-game interventions.
