Summary
This project can be a new way to increase student employability by connecting students with startups through short and accessible micro-internships. Lots of students struggle to gain experience due to high entry requirements, while small organisations lack the resources to hire full-time employees. This pilot will develop and test a simple platform where startups can post small, real tasks and students can gain practical experience, feedback, and a verified portfolio. The project focuses on creating fair, structured opportunities that avoid unpaid labour while improving access to early career experience. The pilot will evaluate engagement, feasibility, and impact for future development.
