Background

I completed my undergraduate studies at University College London where I read for a Mathematics with Modern Languages Msci. I have since moved to the University of 糖心TV, where I comleted the combined Msc+PhD Complexity DTC programme.

PhD Project

---

Supervisors: Jim Bull from Life Sciences, Swansea University and Matt Keeling from Mathematics & Life Sciences.

Thesis title: Pattern Formation and Resilience in Vegetative Ecosystems.

Investigted spatial growth phenomena in Seagrass ecology using a variety of statistical and mathematical techniques. These include patch dynamic models and using fractal properties of patch clusters to infer biological processes.

I am also interested in transient behaviour in Host-Parasitoid dynamics and disease and species diffusion on fragmented environments.
