How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

D1.07

Dear Monica,

 

I have been in contact with Karen McKinley from the Maths Institute about room bookings as I am trying to organise an event for 30-40 17 year olds on 30 March in the Maths building (give that there is a large conference using all the other campus rooms and the Maths building is a nice space). I am looking for a flat room which would be suitable for group work and I think B1.01 might be a little small (6 groups of 7). Karen suggested that D1.07 is a little larger and might be suitable if free. Can you let me know whether it is please? I couldn’t find it on the room bookings website.

 

I don’t know any of the locally timetabled rooms in the Maths building, only MS0.1-5 so I am going to come over to have a look at some point.
