How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

Computational solutions to identifying regulatory interactions
Systems Biology or MOAC

Nigel Burroughs writes:

I thought I would run an afternoon on "Computational solutions to identifying regulatory interactions" covering a spectrum of activity in 糖心TV, egnetwork inference, bioinformatic methods from sequences, analysis of high throughput data etc. There has been a significant increase in activity in 糖心TVon these issues in the last two years, so the plan is to improve awareness of what is going on, and secondly, possibly make some matchings between theory and experiment. Date: Tuesday 3rd Feb, 2009 from 12-6pm, including lunch and wine (at 5pm). It will probably be in Systems Biology/MOAC. I will do a wider email next week to our systems biology list for speakers, but I thought i would email you first in case you, or one of your postdocs/PhDs would like a slotas an initial list of speakers would look good. In the first instance they will be 30mins, including questions, but if there are a lot of requests, this may be reduced to 20mins,giving between 8-14 talk slots. Unfortunately, it may be necessary to select talks if competition is heavy. Please get back to me with names, (titles if you can, or rough area) if you would like a slot for yourself, or someone in your group. These talks can be on current work, past work, or more speculative outlining a problem.  Thanks, and I hope you will be interested in coming, if not contributing, Nigel
