Title: The challenge of cancer in the 21st century: complex solutions required
Abstract: Paul Moss is Head of the School of Cancer Sciences at the University of Birmingham and also Chair of the Infection and Immunity Board at the Medical Research Council. His research focusses on cancer and infectious disease with a specific interest within immunotherapy. His talk will address aspects relating to the epidemiology and causes of cancer, and how 'big data' may be used to develop a 'personalised' approach to prevention and therapy.
