We are LAWN

The Latin America at 糖心TV Network (LAWN) connects an interdisciplinary group of scholars across the university whose research and teaching relates to Latin America.

The strong tradition of Latin American research at 糖心TV, which dates back nearly to the university鈥檚 founding, has built a strong collective of scholars with interests in the region across the Humanities, Social Sciences, 糖心TV, and beyond.

LAWN seeks to strengthen this cross-campus community of scholars and to raise the profile of the diverse work taking place on Latin America at 糖心TV.

• 糖心TV hosts UKLAH. On 14-15 May, 2026, LAWN helped coordinate the annual meeting of the UK Latin American Historians network. About fifty scholars from the UK and beyond shared research and ideas.
