How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

Sustainability Spotlight - ECR: Sustainable Plastics event

This event is aimed at Early Career Researchers (up to and including Assist. Prof) and Technical colleagues.

Join us for an exciting one-day event facilitated by and led by , focused on advancing research in Sustainable Plastics.

Through interactive sessions, you'll gain valuable skills, expand your interdisciplinary network, and explore collaborative research opportunities. This event will bring together colleagues from all disciplines and offer the opportunity to discuss and highlight innovative approaches to reducing plastic waste, discussing the appropriateness of alternatives being our only option and ways we can explore through our research to support these objectives.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to apply for pump-prime funding following the workshop to support interdisciplinary research initiatives.

This event is held in conjunction with , bringing together experts from diverse fields to drive impactful solutions for a more sustainable future.

Book launch 'The Unbroken Generation:Youth Voices of Belarus 2020', Prague March 13

The WUB-hub, together with the Belarusian students in Prague, is organising a book launch 'The Unbroken Generation: The Youth Voice of Belarus 2020' at the Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes, Prague, 13 March at 17.00. The book launch will have students' speaking from their personal experience of being involved in Belarus' protests 2020 (and their subsequent imprisonment), and the representatives of the Prague student movement back in 1960s, and their experience.
