How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

PG Induction

Our main induction and welcome event will be on Tuesday 30th September 2025, from 12-3pm (including lunch). Lunch will be at 12pm in our Student Hub (5th floor, Faculty of Arts Building aka the FAB). At 1:00pm, we will move to FAB2.43 for the Postgraduate Induction (1:00–3:00pm). At 2:00pm, PGR students will break off for a separate induction session in FAB0.23, running from 2:00–3:00pm.

At the induction, you will learn about all the course procedures, events and activities, wellbeing, and social life. You will have a chance to meet staff and other current students over the lunch. Please let us know if you have any access requirements. Attendance at the induction is highly encouraged.
