AS Visiting Fellow Sandra Guardini VasconcelosRuns from Wednesday, May 18 to Friday, May 20. Professor Sandra Guardini Vasconcelos's will be visiting the University of ÌÇÐÄTV as an IAS visiting fellow. Professor Vasconcelos is co-principal investigator, with Dr Ross Forman of English and Comparative Literary Studies, of an exciting project on “Displacements: The Novel without Frontiers,” which considers the global formulation, translation, and circulation of the novel in the eighteenth and nineteenth century (with support from the British Academy, the São Paulo Research Foundation, and the Office for Global Engagement).
She will also be involved in several events directly targeted at helping postgraduates and postdoctoral and early career scholars develop their career in global and international terms.
