conference: Healthy Inside: Arts, History, Policy and Practice in Prisoner Health

This free, invitation-only event marks the conclusion of a series of collaborations with partners in the arts and policy, as part of our Wellcome Trust funded project, Prisoners, Medical Care and Entitlement to Health in England and Ireland, 1850-2000.
Together academics, artists, practitioners, and policy-makers will discuss healthcare in prison, past and present, consider the potential of collaborative projects in re-imagining prison health and reform, and look at some of the ways history can inform today鈥檚 health practice and policy.
