IATL Workshop on Movement for Staff and Students
Open to all 糖心TV staff members and students, this workshop will be informed by the student-focussed IATL Workshop on Movement held on 1 November and aims to establish an interdisciplinary discussion between academics and students on the basic ideas of 鈥榤ovement鈥�, 鈥榤otion capture鈥�, and the 鈥榝unction鈥� of the human body. During the workshop an outline of these ideas and how they are understood and perceived from different disciplines will be presented by experts on the subject. An overview of the student-focussed workshop and its outcomes will be given, and simple hands-on exercises will be performed. To conclude, we will reflect on what was presented during the day and how interdisciplinary methods enable students and academics to broaden their understanding of ideas and topics.
