In the space of a decade, Tindal Street Press has established itself as the foremost publishing house in the West Midlands, with authors longlisted and shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize. Alan will be describing the process by which the press found its feet, and the day-to-day work of a publishing house.
Alan Mahar's talk is from 2 until 3 in the Capital Studio this Thursday (30 October) and should be of interest to anyone who wants to know more about contemporary fiction and publishing.
